If he's a CB, that's pretty decent size.
Hope he hits like his name.

5'10 180 wouldn't be considered more than average size for a corner I don't think. If he were any smaller he would have to be considerd an undersized corner.

Is Texas State Monument a real school?

Oh, the strident remark is really something to be proud of.

I believe that is a Sam Houston State reference.

Hey, on paper Rock Dennis looks like a pretty good prospect. 5-10 180 DB, 4.4 speed, 35 in. vertical and a 5.3 Rivals rating. Those are all good and he has a higher Rivals personal rating than 8 of the ten Rice recruits at this point and a couple of TCUs.

I found some freshman(JUCO) stats on this kid. 49 Tackles(29 unassisted and 14 assisted). More impressively he had 3 Ints and returned them another 106 yards. In two seasons that's about 5 Interceptions with about 200 yards in returns(40 yards per interception return-that's a helluva lot of yards for interceptions. So it looks like he made some big plays at CB.

At Garden City CC Rock Dennis ranked No. 1 in the Strength and Condition program for the entire Football Team. Good Sign. (i'm guessing Rock ain't his real name-but that's why they pay me the Big Bucks as a high-priced attorney) Also although he was honorable mention All-State (6A level) as an end I found some really good rushing information about 2 games late in the season. In two games I found he had TDs of 77, 57, 74, and 54 and in 1 game he had 11 rushes for 273 yards. Couldn't find any track times or verified 40 results but at least in high school it appears he had the speed for some home run plays.
