I really wouldn't get my hopes up for many decommits from A&M to SMU. But A&M generally offers from a subjective range of from Prospects 1-125 in the State. SMU gets essentially zero or a couple of those kids a year and generally recruits from the bottom half of Texas recruits out of about 350 kids. (I'm talking both admittedly subjective lists AND number and quality of offers. I'm sure there are plenty of kids who weren't good enough for A&M that would headline our recruiting class. I'm sure a high percentage attended Aggie recruiting camps too. I'm also excited about him possibly bringing his son who won a JUCO National Championship and was JUCO Coach of the Year last year at Blinn. You know previously Blinn was not considered to be in the Top Tier of Texas JUCOs. He looks like a good kid too.

Seeing this yesterday is what really turned me to wanting Fran from being ok with Fran. I just do not know what would be better, bringing in the son or the son staying at Blinn and funneling some kids our way.

Stallion, do you just have a hunch Franchione's going to be the next coach or have you heard something more concrete?
