Personally I think that Michigan is the best choice for him since Rich Rodriguez's offense would prolly best fit his supposed "Vince Young" like skills. He would basically be like a much more pysical Pat White. Plus I wouldnt go to Penn State if i was him because i would imagine JoPa might not be there the next 3 years, but then again i assumed that 5 years ago and he is still here. ( assuming he is that good and leaves after 3 )
