not fball but Bhop was one in basketball. Was Moseley before they had stars?.
Probably when they had a 10 point system. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
3 five stars anyday. They could most likely start at SMU the day they walk in and be extremely productive in Conference USA. Where as the 3 star recruits might take a while to develope. During that time they could transfer, drop out, get injured or never play much at all. Look at the class of 2003. I'll take less of the 3:5 ratio any day. If it don't make money it don't make sense
I see people have pondered and now I will chime in. If you watch videos of 3 star recruits eg Taylor Thompson you think "good looking player, got some talent." As for five stars- go to rivals and watching video of Noel Divine (WVU's next stud RB). He's a 5* and when he played in HS no one TOUCHES him (and by "TOUCHES" I mean "lays a finger on"- this also holds true for Vince Young in his HS tapes). So I will go ahead and say give me 3 five stars over 5 3 stars any day of the week!!! Larry Brown? We have Larry Brown? Cool!
What? You mean you think a star athlete will skate out of the charges stemming from his recent arrest? Shocking!
