Mat McBriar has had a good NFL career so far with the Cowboys, so JJ can point to putting a punter in the NFL.

That's right McBriar did go to Hawaii.

The Saints Punter played for Jones at SMU for one year. Where we really need to land studs is on the front lines. Given Padron's mobility and quick release and the defense's ball hawking, I suspect some big uglies might be very interested in giving us a look.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

I didn't believe you, so I had to look it up to confirm. How did I not know this? How many coach's have two kickers in the NFL?
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I didn't want to give JJ credit for the Saints punter, since he was NFL-worthy before JJ took the job at SMU.

McBriar is a good example of an unrated recruit who was discovered by a coaching staff. Australia has a program/academy for punters now who wish to move from rugby to football to try to get college scholarships. I think that they had 2 or 3 punters sign with D-1 programs last year and they are working hard to get visibility and training for their punters. However, when McBriar went to Hawaii things were much less organized and things weren't organized and recruiting was just finding potential players through contacts.
