This is great news. This class is not too bad. Not in volume but a few with great potential to be stars with an immediate impact. Shead, Gaines, Minor, Taylor, Dickerson, etc. Opening up some Houston Lamar and Dallas Skyline pipelines can only help.

According to the DMN, Zelt moved into top 100 and up to four stars in Rivals’ final ranking

he did move into Texas Top 100 (No. 84) and No. 141 in Midlands Top 150 a couple of weeks ago but that was incorrect about 4 star ranking. He is ranked as a 5.6 3 star. I really think he's a Texas Top 50 and have felt strongly he is one of the most underrated recruits in Texas evenj when he was a 2 star.

I'm kind of surprised that he, Gaines, and Taylor are not 4 stars. Perhaps Gaines height and Taylor's speed keeps them at high 3 stars. Anyway, great pickups. We'll need them.
