He'll get more if he can prove that speed is legit at the spring camps.

Remind me again how having a mens track program wouldn't help football at all?

It's makes me angry not having men's athletics. I wanted to give a lot of booster money specifically for men's athletics but I've had to let that go after all these years without.

Right if he goes out and runs a 4.45 even he will get plenty of offers if he is responsive to other schools. He might skip some those camps though because of track. He already has some good Sophomore times-he could get some more attention with some improved verified times in track too. These stars ratings are incomplete (only about 125 3+ stars on Scout and 117 on Rivals) and the recruiting class hasn't been fully analyzed yet at the camps etc.

True and the D line coach from Kansas is the one that was on him first when he got here. So Kansas probably had him on their board as a target before he got here. Good hire.

I remember how a track athlete at SMU named John Roderick became a major force on the football field. Anyone remember Micheal Carter? We need men's track.

Title 9 and money means no men's track. Sad because smu had an incredible track tradition.
