Re: Jordan Ward Game Performances
Dukes on offense..is that just your wish list or do you consider it a strong possibility? The 2015 class had 5 receivers (1 was a june hold over) 3/5 redshirted (gallaird, honey, proche) 2016 has two in Joshua Shelmire and Brandon benson. Qb is pecking order is pretty firm and he'd really just crowd the backfield, especially if nlemchi plays. Seems like there is ample room for PT on defense but he'd be a rotational player on offense. Offense improved something like 20 ppg just from last season? Let defense have him
Re: Jordan Ward Game PerformancesIt probably depends on whether we sign WR Audie Omotosho, DB Caesar Williams or both. Dukes can probably play both but need is greater on Defense. SMU really doesn't need another WR-they are loaded already but they've worked too hard and long on Audie to give up now. If we sign Caesar Williams we'd be at 8-9 at one of the 5 DB positions and then consider Duke at WR. Things have a way or working out when you are standing at 23 with 3 months to go
