We can try and unearth hidden gems all day and "coach them up" and be a nice middle of the road program ranked in the 50-60 range with seasons right around .500.

I'd like to be a consistent top 20 team every year with the expectation of a top 15 and top 10 finish every few years. The only way to do that is to compete with the big boys for top talent. If JJ can coach those players up or exploit them in our scheme, then we will truly have something special.
