And then Lodge outjumps defender for the Bomb

Cedar Hill 17-13

had to start passing the ball because Katy held Ware/Daniels to -2 on 12 carries in first half

Lightly recruited 3 star Deandre Bradley makes a big defensive knock down on 3rd down pass. Plays both ways. Couple of high school gurus think he's an underrated DB recruit

Soph Avery Davis with about a 52 yard run. He's more effective than LSU commit MacMillian

26 yard FG for the win?

Yes Ennis, Aledo and Cedar Hill on the DFW roll.

I just watched the Katy vs cedar hill game and it made me appreciate how hard it must be to evaluate talent at the high school level. I was googling guys who I find out are high 4 stars that I just wouldn't have thought that.

Ware (USC commit) has 2500 yards rushing-today I don't think he got 20. But Katy was loading up on the run

Sad that my Katy Tigers didn't take it all...can only rely on the D so much.

As this is the recruiting forum, I should (selfishly) note here that (historically) very few Katy players have been recruited by P5/G5 schools.

ILB Paddy Fisher (class of 2016) 6'2" 215lb - Defensive MVP; 0 offers. Just sayin'
