Does that mean he's the 20th-ranked PLAYER in the state, or the 20th-ranked GUARD in the state?

I know TCU has been after this guy for some time, but unfotunately I think he is headed to Boston College.

Would he have to stay at shooting guard? Does he have the quickness and ball-handling to run the point? Seems to me that if Derrick Roberts is playing shooting guard at 6-4, this guy might be a good balance -- slightly small at SG, balanced with a big PG.
