Can't help but wonder why TCU isn't in the mix. If these are his top three, I can't imagine him winding up anywhere other than the Hilltop, unless he's a devout Baptist with Waco dreams or he has family in N. Central Luziana

I actually saw a note about this guy, and it said he was pretty highly regarded by one of the recruiting services. Can't remember which one. (And yes, that 40 time is pretty quick for a big fella.)
