Mustangs Remain High On His List

Bamba Fall, a 7-foot big man out of Mouth of Wilson (Va.) Oak Hill Academy, said he would like to take a few more visits. He’s been to SMU and said that Virginia Tech, South Carolina and Clemson have showed interest.

Make no mistake about it, the SMU Mustangs are firmly in the picture. “I think I will go to SMU,” Fall said. However, he also reiterated that he would check out more programs just to make sure.

I think I'm going to go watch Team America tomorrow. I told my wife that.

But I'm gonna browse through movies.com to see what else is out there.

This story line is getting OLD.

The prospect of losing a 7-foot commitment is old?
I like the fact that he still thinks he's coming to SMU, but it's certainly a concern until he signs on the dotted line.

I thought all those schools had already offered-not just showing interest. BTW The Insiders did a story on the annual Oak Hill-Hargrave preseason scrimmage-the only mention of our hero was "Bamba Fall had a non-descript outing".

So he thinks he will go to SMU because we're the only ones who have offered. Its sucks when you have to hope that our recruits have a good senior year....but just not too good.

Nothing to worry about....Bamba is in good shape and will sign with SMU. I, for one, will be watching Bamba this season at Oak Hill.
