Rivals has report dated a few weeks ago but which came up for the first time under an SMU search today about WR Alex Mercier 6-1, 185 4.4 3.71 shuttle from Pasadena City College in California. He originally signed with Oregon out of HS and recorded their 3rd fastest shuttle time in Oregon history at 3.71-so he's a great athlete. 27 catches for 393 yards inc a 64 yard TD. Receiving interest from Tulsa, Lousiana Lafeyette, Purdue, SMU and Toledo

Very interesting, considering a lot of coaches think the shuttle time is much more important than the 40 time.
Great stuff, Stallion.

BTW that would translate to the No. 1 shuttle time turned in by any athlete at the Texas A&m Nike Camp.

Odd that Washington State would not be in on him as the have a pipeline to Pasadena City College but with those numbers, sign him up!

We need a guy like this to be our #1 WR, add Thornton and Bobby chase for some deep tall threats at #2, then Devin Lowry and the Minnesota DivII transfer as our starters as our #3/4 slot speedy receivers...
