guess there will be yet another big player in DFW recruiting with Les Miles taking the LSU job and retaining 6 of his assistants. With Bob Stoops, Mike Stoops, Mack Brown Coach Fran, OSU and the rest of the Big 12 and SEC already entrenched, DFW is really a recruiting war zone right now.

I don't know that there will be much of a change - LSU always has recruited well in Texas.

Any bets on how long before the rumors & innuendos pop-up about recruiting infractions during the Miles tenure at OkSt???

LSU has recruited South Texas well in the past but has rarely been a presence in DFW.

I think more realistically, we should be concerned about what Mike Price and [deleted] Tomey will be doing in in DFW in years to come as we will be competing with them for players more than LSU, Texas, and Oklahoma.....

actually LSU has and will continue to recruit east Texas well. Their #3 qb, who may or may not see pt next year, is the son of one of Stallion's fellow bar members from Tyler.
