Coach Les Miles' decision to leave for LSU left several recruits reconsidering their oral commitments to Oklahoma State.

None of the OSU recruits from Texas contacted Monday ruled out signing with the school. All but one, however, said they would explore other options.

Oral commitments are nonbinding. The first day a recruit can sign a national letter of intent is Feb. 2.

"I'm up in the air right now," said Duncanville safety Gremon Coffman, ranked by Rivals100.com as the No. 39 recruit in the state. "I don't even know."

Coffman, who learned that Miles was leaving from Texas A&M assistant Stan Eggen, has scheduled visits to Oklahoma, A&M and Oklahoma State. Coffman said he would also consider LSU if offered and might take trips to Arkansas and Texas Tech.

Houston Cy Falls defensive back Andre Sexton, the state's No. 80 recruit, said he intends to follow up on a phone call he received from Florida last week. He also plans to contact Texas and LSU to see if those schools are interested in him.

"We're just going to sit back and see how everything plays out," said Sexton, who is expecting a visit from OSU assistant Joe DeForest at school today.

DeSoto running back Kevin White said he hasn't talked to coaches from any other schools since committing to OSU in August. He said he would ask his coaches at DeSoto for advice about reopening the recruiting process. White, the state's No. 88 recruit, also planned on calling OSU running backs coach Larry Porter for details on the shakeup of the coaching staff.

Waxahachie offensive tackle Marlon Winn said he still expects to play for OSU, but he would listen to coaches from other schools. Winn had refused to talk to other coaches after committing to Oklahoma State.

Pearland defensive back Quinton Moore, the state's No. 55 recruit, said his commitment to OSU remains firm.

"That's who I developed a relationship with," Moore said.
