Let's see:

Columbus Givens has chosen SMU over UTEP (offer)
Eric Johnson has chosen SMU over Tulane and Baylor (offers)
Emmanuel Sanders has chosen SMU over Houston, Baylor, Kansas (all offered), and others
Randall Goode has chosen SMU over UTEP (offer)
Ross Nigh has chosen SMU over Colorado, Texas Tech (offers), among others
Patrick Handy has chosen SMU over UTEP (offer), TCU, Vanderbilt
David Allison has chosen SMU over Colorado and Syracuse (offers)

I know there's more, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head. I'm feeling good about this class.

Baylor never offered Eric Johnson.

Not sure about Sanders, but I've never heard his name mentioned past one Rivals story.

You got a SOURCE for those offers because half are not confirmed by any source I'm aware of?

BRB,

Just so I am clear on this. We have 24 commitments, of which you can name 4 that had BCS offers. On the very next post, someone from Baylor denies 1 offer and questions another.

That leaves us with 2 kids plus maybe Sanders with BCS offers from your list.

Are we suppose to feel good about this or be upset? Are you a sunshiner or a naysayer?

I like how you trust as gospel the word of a baylor fan posting on an smu message board about an SMU recruit. Yeah, that is 100% reliable information. I am sure that if posted on the baylor site or killerfrogs.com, they should believe every word I say.

Just curious...did you read BRB's last sentence or just ignoring it? Quote: I know there's more, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head. I'm feeling good about this class.

Don't know why the kid would mention Baylor if the offer wasn't put on the table.
Didn't Eric's Dad play at Baylor???

didn't Makinde have some decent offers? There have been so many bits and pieces of info that I have lost track.

Baylor offered Clayton Cox as well.

PK, you like to list all the commitments. How about listing the offers each one has received besides their names?

I would love to do that...but alas I can't afford to pay Rivals to find out. If you know of a free site, I'll research it.

Let our boy Stallion do the research. He apparently has a bunch of time.

quite frankly I don't think a lot of you guys would want to see it-its pretty depressing. I've posted it all before.

should I assume Makinde didn't have any other offers? I want to say Utep and 1 or 2 others wanted him.

You are right Hop Fan. Most important, SMU wanted Victor...and Victor wanted and chose the Mustangs. Welcome, Victor!!!
