My assumptions at this time of year are the same. Here they are:

1) Florida St. U. , or a.k.a. "Free Shoes Univ.", is still wheelin' and dealin' as they have "closed " on several last minute recruits in the past 24 hours. Funny how the schools over in Texas do not seem to get the same "looks" as FSU,

2) Did not take long for the new "leaders" at LSU to not only find the "coin vault" but also the right "combination" to the open the vault in Baton Rouge. Even "Mr. February" straight off a Rose Bowl win could not top that "effort".

The NCAA might think about opening an office in Florida and have it serve as a base for the entire Southeast U.S. But then again, some things don't change.

Like the DMN said this morning....."nobody closes as fast as Bowden" in gathering late signees. Word throughout Florida is that Brinks truck had to make extra stops this year to reload for another delivery.

In alot of cases, "the player is waiting on the payer".
