Vs. Rivals...
(+)
Adrian Dizer
Patrick Handy
Emmanuel Sanders
(-)
Tim Monroe
Did Tim sign elsewhere?
Dizer is 2A, so a project that they have seen in camp
Handy played big ball at Spring...any reports on him?
Sanders seems like a good ATH
Any other opps?

those players will actually have a negative effect on our rating since none were highly recruited. Last time I had checked we had dropped to 79 and 74th in average rating. Most of the schools below us in CUSA are only showing partial lists of recruits-all those schools have 8 to 10 to 12 more commitments not listed although it is being updated hourly or so.

Monroe signed with UH. UH signed 30 players this year-7 aren't on the Rivals list.

Dizer and Sanders have now been added to SMU's Rivals list at 2 star 4.9. No offers listed. Handy has been added as an SMU signee and has been previously rated at 5.4. Monroe still is listed on SMU's list but I've confirmed on UH official site that he signed with UH.

79th out of 116 D-1 schools doesn't sound like a very good class. I guess we are just going to have to hope that the 2A type players that didn't get any attention from Rivals pan out.
It's amazing to me that 23 out of Houston's 30 recruits are ranked by Rivals. They have a terrible facility, a commuter reputation, and a weak fan base, yet they punched our lights out in recruting.

actually UH is behind us-but they should move ahead with the addition of the other 7 recruits. I'm not real impressed with UH's class at all. Only about 5 of their recruits are rating 3 stars. The schools on our schedule which impress me the most are TCU-far and away better than other CUSA teams and quality with just about every offer accepted, Texas A&M(he ended up whipping UT although he had more ships to give), UTEP when you add in the 6-7 quality Division 1A transfers + I think something like 12 JC/CC transfers (I know very little about them other than several had some big name school listed as offering) and I think Tulsa is once again very competitive especially when you add in 4 Division 1A BCS transfers. I love ALL the Tulane recruits from the Metroplex most of which they stole from SMU and at least 2 others from Texas. Again I don't care what Rivals says I think SMU would definitely taken Texans Harding, Landa, Olexa, Sean Carney, Chris Dunn, and Justin Kessler off Tulane's list. Most of these Texans had at least 4 quality offers and they are likely a very underrated class. Don't know about their Louisiana recruits who don't appear to be as highly recruited.

Keep in mind that RIvals doesn't give JUCO's ratings, so it throws everything off a little bit. Just like in past years, when our class was rated high because Fresno and TCU got 0 rating for JUCOs, now we are the ones with the 0s.
