Besides Derek Cosper, offensive lineman Tyson Holligan from Newman Smith also has interest in SMU. Bus should like this guy as he is 6-3, 310 lbs and runs a 4.9 forty, according to Rivals. Holligan also played on the defensive line at the end of last season. His coach believes that he will be a defensive lineman in college because of his speed. No offers yet. Alabama, Arkansas, Texas Tech, TCU, Kansas State and SMU are the schools in touch. SMU has been after him hard and are trying to keep him home.

It's hard to argue with the size, and he sounds quick for a big guy.

Can he actually play, too? Or just a big body?

Besides, if he comes to SMU, we need to get his jersey misprinted to read HOOLIGAN. Perfect name for an offensive lineman, if he's got the mentality to go with it.
