Or is this guy a WR waiting to happen, like the former HP quarterback who went to Purdue?

Sounds like he has the body (and speed) to play either spot .... if he can throw or catch, that is.

If not, how about a 6'4" CB who can run?

may be leaning to Baylor. Nice athletic ability and frame to work with though.
