DE Michael McDonald chooses ...

From Texas Prep Xtra:
Sunday night, Michael McDonald of Tyler J.C. in Texas told the Boilermaker coaches he'd chosen their team over New Mexico, SMU and North Texas.
"I made my decision last night," McDonald said Monday, after officially visiting West Lafayette over the weekend of Dec. 4.
"I like the conference they're in and the level of play in the Big Ten. It was the facilities, the coaches, the coaches, everything."
The 6-foot-2, 240-pound McDonald is originally from Texas.
This past season, he recorded eight sacks and was named first-team all-league in the talent-rich Southwest Conference.
McDonald will sign Dec. 22 and enroll at Purdue in January. He will be one of numerous mid-year transfers in the Boilermakers' 2006 recruiting class.
McDonald will have two years to play two seasons at Purdue
