Opposing coach on Zach Rhodes

This is from Seguin coach Jim Carson:

“That Rhodes kid is incredible,” Carson said of the Unicorn quarterback, who was 12 of 29 passing and rushed for a team-high 65 yards. “I’m certainly glad he’s going to graduate. I hope he doesn’t have a little brother. He’s tormented us for the last two years.”

Can he come in and compete for the starting job?

How good is this guy?

It's always flattering when your coach gushes about you. But when an opposing coach heaps praise on you (especially after a game, when he's not just spewing flattering comments to avoid bulletin board material), that sometimes carries a little more weight. Coach Carson sounds truly thankful that Rhodes is headed to the Hilltop. I'm starting to feel that way, too.
