Website says he's grown to 6-2, although they list him at 195, and I'd heard that he was up to 210 or more. So while his weight is unclear, everything I've heard about him is that he's fast. I hope that 4.5 is legit.

I doubt that is a verified height and weight. Other offers NTSU.

Sowe made First Team All 5 4A at DE. He is a District Medalist in the 400 and 110 Meter Hurdles. He may have been a little overlooked because he missed part of his junior year with a torn meniscus.

Its nice to have LB's that ran track - speed is good. I am master of the obvious.

Supposedly others have started coming in on him. He also camped with us.

a pretty good source told me last week, that he is a good 6'2 and 210, and can really run.

I've heard the same thing. I'll be interested to see what Sowe says when he's interviewed.

If he's really up to 210 (and, presumably, still growing), might we be looking at the next Alvin Nnabuife?

I hope he is 210 now so we can bulk him up another 10 pounds or so and turn him lose on the OLB spot in a few years.

I'd like to see McCray add another 10-15 pounds, too, although he has gotten better and better since he got here.

Personally, I always thought McCray could make a dynamite safety.
