I'm shocked, SHOCKED!

SMU is, obviously, the better choice!

In the interest of fair reporting, if you are going to report how poorly we are doing in comparison to UT, then you need to also report on how poorly we are doing in comparison to every school in the country. It makes no sense to just point out that we are not in on the game for top recruits to UT when we weren't even a consideration for 99.99% of those guys to begin with.
Oh and by the way Stallion, what can I do as an individual fan to implement the fixes that are necessary to change the model?

I see no mention of how poorly SMU is doing. Only how well UT is doing. Good info!

You're right, I apologize. Let me rephrase. If you are going to report about how well UT is doing in recruiting, it is only fair that you report on how well everyone else is doing as well. It is the only way it would make sense.
Incidentally, Buffalo hasn't gotten a single commitment yet, oh lord what are they going to do!!!
Hey Stallion, what can I as an individual fan do to implement the solutions that are necessary to fix the model that SMU uses?

I know--donate $75 million to SMU athletics. With strings attached.

is there a reason we are not allowed to discuss one of the Top 2 or so players in the DFW Metroplex?-we certainly do in Basketball claiming that the DFW Coaches were committing all kinds of crimes by not forcing top DFW Talent to go play for Tubbs at SMU. May be a little touchiness and edginess in the response to what was simply a report on a Top DFW Talent many on this board have requested updates on. Every other website in the country would have similar updates on local boys even if they committed elsewhere. Perhaps its because SMU has simply becoming NO FACTOR in DFW Football Recruiting-at least Tubbs gets his foot in the door.

Hey Stallion, what can I do as an individual fan to implement the solutions you have outlined to fix our model?

exactly. gotta give stallion credit, he is as balanced as anybody on the tubbs evaluation. Just a sidenote because i cant resist, Dement didnt have his foot in the door either while Tubbs was gone at OU. thats just a fact, no vendetta that I have against dement.

Hey Mickey, let me in on it also! What is the "plan" YOU and Stallion have? Please share this information, on what WE can do as individuals!
