Surely we will get better coverage on Saturday after he is officially announced. You know, I was just wondering if stallion works at the Morning News.

When SMU does something newsworthy, like say, have a winning season, The Morning News will likely report it. Looks like we'll never know for sure though....

If it is any consolation, the DC had it as the top story Friday, and we may update the online version this weekend before Tues. edition.

Exactly! DMN reports on what the readers want to read. They don't want to read about a mid-major program that has struggled for the past decade. They want to read abotu a winner...when SMU starts winning the media coverage will come. It isn't a two-way street.
