just off of the rivals page, this looks like a NICE pickup this early...big guy had some nice, competitive, BCS (for you stallion) schools looking at him

From rivals:
LeRibeus, who is 6-foot-3 and 321 pounds, also had scholarship offers from Baylor, Boston College, Colorado State, Houston and Stanford. Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and Texas Tech were also very interested in him, and he'll likely be one of SMU's most heavily recruited and highest ranked recruits in the class of 2007.
"I just fell in love with SMU, the coaches and the school," he said. "It was the right fit for me and the right decision."
LeRibeus was a first-team all-district and all-state selection as a junior.

Is this commit number 1? Let's hope he is just one of many great recruits.

Welcome aboard, big Josh! Congratulations on a GREAT decision!
Here's hoping Josh does like that QB who's headed to Notre Dame and gets on the phone, helping recruit the rest of his class. (Anyone have any strength numbers on him?)
And congratulations to Jim Gush, Phil Bennett and the rest of the staff on getting a commitment from what sounds like a hell of a player.

Welcome to The Hilltop, Josh! You've made a great decision! I look forward to seeing you in a Mustang uniform and kicking some butt at Ford Stadium!

Got to love a lineman who wears #21 on his jersey.
Who do you think is celebrating more over this? BUS or Ronnie Vinklarek?
Welcome to SMU, Josh!

This is a great pick up for the Mustangs. I watched this kid play last year and he always seemed to put his defender on the ground or 5 yards off the play.
Now we need big Josh to work on his fellow teammates the Johnson brothers. WOW how great would it be to get the Berkner mighty threesome to the hilltop.
Just send 'da money.

If we can get Johnson and Johnson we could probably get a price break on band aids too!

Can't be true. I have a coffee mug that says I am the Number 1 Dad.
I bet you would have liked it if we were recruiting Masters and Johnson.
