Can someone give me the rivals/schools of interest breakdown on this DE from San Antonio? All I can see is that he is unrated, 5.1

His sister is a senior at SMU and is leaning on him to come here, but I think he might be in the market for some Big 12 offers.

His full list is:
Kentucky, Mizzou, Purdue, Southern Miss, A&M, Texas Tech, Tulane, Rice and Tulsa (in addition to SMU). No visits scheduled yet, and the two offers (Rice, Tulane) mentioned above.
Claims medium interest in each of the 10 schools.

Reagan started slow at 2-4, but they have won 6 straight and face a tough Laredo United team that really throws it around. Arthur has been good with about 56 tackles (39 solo) on the season and no sacks, but their district is dominated by teams with big OL that like to load 'em up and run at you. He will have to play big this week and wreck havoc behind the line for them to compete. He has good speed and aggression but needs to work on his overall strength and agility. Nice prospect.
