Rivals says this teammate of Serge Ellizee at College of the Sequoias has been offered by SMU and will visit on 12/15. Also offered by New Mexico. He is listed as 6-3, 220 4.5 (unconfirmed)

Brown is only a freshman JUCO. Played only 8 out of 10 games and caught 32 passes for 420 yards and 3 TDs for 13.12 per catch. I think he may have signed with Bethune Cookman 2004 and like Elizee he came from Florida originally from Daytona Beach. They won the Class 5A State Championship in 2003 in Florida if this is the same guy.

this guy is all over the board Florida to California-apparently offered by Stanford in 2004 but signed with Bethume Cookman. Well at least that means there shouldn't be any academic issue getting him in. Rivals didn't have much on him in 2004 except the Stanford article but has a nice list of schools who he had interest in. He was rated 5.0 2 stars in 2004.

....also apparently visited UCONN two weeks before signing date. You know its very possible that since his high school team didn't finish their season until mid December that he couldn't take any visits until very late-this happens in Texas too with players on championship teams. Plus he was on the Basketball team too.

With your last three posts, are you talking about Elizee or Brown?
Thanks.

Don't know a thing about his skills, but I love the vitals.

I'm talking about Abner Brown-the guy is a multi-sport athlete. I believe he also qualified for the Florida state Track meet in the Broad Jump but scratched or something(which is something that should not be done when jumping Broads)

Stallion is in a good mood about this guy.
I hope that both come to SMU. Just what the Dr. Pepper ordered.

I have to assume that you have multiple trophies (or at least valiant attemps) in that particular sport category, thus qualifing you to make that judgement.

No my twin brother is the Broad Jumper in the family-really-one year he finished something like 6th in the SWC meet in the Broad Jump during Carl Lewis' reign at UH. I cheered him up by calling him the No. 1 White Broad Jumper in the SWC.
