Coach February is doing it again. Just skimmed through the Rivals 250 for '07 and it appears Texas leads the commits thus far:

Texas 16
Florida 14
LSU 13
USC 12
Notre Dame 11

Those appeared to be the top teams from my little skim through. I was also surprised by Spurrier and South Carolina with 8 among the top 250. Butch Davis must be having an impact at UNC also bc they had 3 or 4 rivals top 250 players which I would guess is an improvement over recent years.

Now let's see if they can beat those mediocre Pac-10 teams.
