Houston get Ronnie Tubbs

Ronnie Tubbs signed with Houston today. This kid is a serious talent that is in the sleeper mode. Miami was all about him until he failed the admissions criteria.

I could believe us seeing him on the field as quickly as this year

I thought the admissions criteria at Miami WAS that you had to be a serious talent.

I thought the admissions criteria at Miami WAS that you had to be a serious talent.

And yet Miami continues to maintain higher academic rankings than us...

Sorry, growing up as a Hurricane fan...you kind of get sick of the constant attacks on Miami.

What really is important in this is that not a single other program in D1 (and it sounds like his coach tried them all) would accept this kid but Houston came with open arms
