where's our San Antonio expert. Devin Thomas a Top Texas 50 or so back has decommitted-apparently the article insinuated it might have something to do with a late season injury. Might be an opportunity. He is about 5-10, 185 and was looking at schools like TCU, Arizona St., Ole Miss, Missouri who had all offered. Rated 5.7

That's Pony in SA. I'll shoot him a note unless he doesn't know already. Didn't that kid go to SA Madison? Someone better e-mail Wes Suan since he's got the RBs.

so with this kid, and Felix Jones announcing he's headed to the draft, the hogs lost 2 backs today.

you think that's why D.Thomas decommitted?

actually the guy Arkansas got Dennis Johnson is only 5-8 and is thought of as an all-purpose back. They already have a soft commitment from one of the Top RBs in the country- a 4 star back they think they will get

There was an article saying that Thomas was impressed with Ole Miss. This was written before he decommitted from Arkansas. I wouldn't be suprised to see him become a Rebel.

He decommitted because he was pissed that he wasn't getting enough love from the new Arkansas coaches. It was a combo of him visiting Ole Miss, and having a lot of comments about the facilities being better than Arkansas, Petrino scheduling a visit with him, and Petrino meeting with Dennis Johnson, getting a commit, and not making his trip to SA.

Despite his comments about Ole Miss, many think he isn't really tha excited to go there.

Thomas only played about half the year, but was an Army All American.

He has contacted the TCU coaches and really trying to work in a visit, however you have to expect Nutt has the upper hand on locking up his services.
