Is Craft still a possibility to enroll in he Spring Semester or does he still have JUCO classwork to complete?

the last day any student can enroll is Tuesday. I think Craft will enroll in the fall, if he comes.

It's getting pretty late for that. The add/drop deadline is Tuesday.
