Interesting Insight Into Academy Recruiting
Posted: Thu Jan 31, 2008 5:03 pmkept noticing Air Force coming up in relation to some of our recruits so I decided to do a search of the offers made by Air Force (and probably their Prep Academy)in this recruiting class. You know Rivals hasn't got half of them but Rivals shows 194 offers at this point made by Air Force including at the very least 10 players SMU was after and two SMU commitments. That's a lot of phone calls for the Air Force Coaching staff to make for each recruit.
For purposes of comparison Rivals has SMU with 52 offers(although apparently Bennett didn't bother to offer but about 4 of the Texas Top 100-he hated rejection you know)
