Surely we can make a better pitch to him that La Tech, La Monroe, and Rice.
Is it just coincidence that more defensive players are being mentioned in the past couple of days, or is this weekend going to feature several defensive players in for visits?

This is where I like doing what Stallion says - base the quality of the recruit on the offers, not stars.
And at that size, he would definately be a LB, not a DE at the college level.
He isn't even in the ESPN database.

a red shirt year and all the sudden this guy is 240lbs...yah ill take that from a Will LB

Agreed, to a point. Some kids don't want to go out of state, so they make it clear early in the process, which may limit who offers. Or their grades preclude them from Div1 ...
