Do JUCOs sign today as well or is it just high school kids?

Think JUCOs are more likely to try and wait for a big time program than a high school guy that isn't getting the interest

Generally, mid term transfers sign in December and the JUCOs who have more academic issues or need to graduate from a JUCO sign in February. I think kids that didn't qualify out of high school have to get a JUCO degree before transferring.
