no, usually they try to keep all of this information secret so they restrict access to the public and only give it to reporters who publically disseminate it.

Just an FYI, but, unfortunately, the public canÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t come to the 2:30 presser. NCAA rules wonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t allow it. I know it sounds strange, but itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s true. The public is invited to the reception tonight at the Radisson and the 2:30 event will be streamed live on SMUMustangs. IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ll also post the release on the signees as soon as all the NLIs get in (another NCAA rule). Thanks for your support.

So I guess Thad got us on probation for when he went. Way to go Thad!!

By the way SID. How can other schools announce their NILs as they get them if there is an NCAA rule against it? Thanks in advance for the response.

No he said it is an NCAA rule that they could not be released until all had signed.
