I asked elsewhere but it will get buried. If it is an NCAA rule that you cannot release the signing info until all NLIs are signed, how are the other schools, NTSU as an example, listing them as they occur?

*** EDIT***I will not delete this because I want to admit my ignorance. The NTSU site that announces their signings does reference that the last letter was signed at xx o'clock and then goes on to list the kids.

I was wondering the same thing.

some NCAA rules only apply to SMU. And other restrictions are just applied voluntarily by SMU. that about covers it. except in this case that is.
