Need brain help.

So is this the current Roster? Looks like we are one over unless I have forgotten something. If the rumor is that Jones gave Doh a F-ball ship, how late can you sign a football player/when is the signing deadline?
Or will one other recruit go to a prep school or will another returning player transfer?

Returning
Alex Malone
Tomasz Kwiatkowski
Bamba Fall
Mike Walker
Ryan Harp
Papa Dia
Robert Nyakundi

Coming In
Dubois
Otis
Haynes
Williams
McCoy
Faye

You get 13 scholarships in basketball.

You are missing incoming freshman Cris Clarke from your list. Power Forward out of Detroit.

Doherty has said that more than likely 2 of the incoming freshman will go the prep school route. McCoy will certainly not be one of them. Dubois was mentioned by Doh in his blog this past week as being a contributor next season, so he isn't one of them. That leaves Clarke, Haynes, and Otis as potential prep school guys.

If two of them go to prep school we would still have one scholarship left. If two of them went to prep school AND McCoy was on football scholarship, we would have 2 scholarships left. I would guess that Doherty wants to be able to sign more than 1 guy next season when Bamba is our only graduating Senior.

Doh has now out-recruited these major programs

Tomasz Kwiatkowski - Virginia offer
Papa Dia - Louisville and OU offers
Paul McCoy - Kentucky and Virginia offers

add Faye from GTech and that is quite a testament to our HC.

When was the last time that happened?

If you really get 13 then we are all set.
I believe it was already stated that Clarke was going to prep school.

Are you saying in addition to McCoy 1 more player will be signed or that McCoy was the 1 more to be signed?

Stallion will still have a problem with this somehow.

Yeah I have real [deleted] problem with outrecruiting top programs for top players. You are back-assed-backwards. I have had a problem with SMU perrenially recruiting half a squad of their football team that NOBODY wanted-and then listening to guys like you claiming what a neat-o season they had earning All-District in 2A.

So just to be clear...you don't have a problem with it? :D

I was the one posting daily updates on McCoy. Get 5-6 like Dia and Mccoy and we should be very competitive for an NCAA Tournament when those types of recruits are Seniors and Juniors. Don't think we will be making a run at Memphis as they have one of the best recruiting classes in the Country. Not so sure Kwiatoski who is really a long term project(check his high school and prep school stats) really belongs in that group-but with big guys you give them about 2-3 years to develop.
