according to Rivals-perhaps one of the more interesting is QB Terrence Cain from Blinn JC in Brenham. First team all Conference last year with 64 rushes for 164 and 3 TDs and 195 completions on 274 attempts for an impressive 71.2% 2,185 yards 22 TDs 11 interceptions. Apparently, SMU is receiving interest from about 4 Blinn prospects which BTW is coached by the younger Franchione and has been nationaly competitive in recent years.

Might accelerate a turn-around in a year in which we could have a limited number of scholarships to hand out.

Looks promising....but I would rather keep Bo Levi Mitchell and Justin Willis then the JUCO Quarterback.

Cain would be here for '09 and 10, Willis leaves after the 09 season.

I know that he would be here one year after Mitchell, but we also have some good quaterbacks coming in...Also why waste a spot on someone from a JUCO school when you know that QUARTERBACK COACH like June Jones is going to get a TOP guy eventually.

If you are familiar with our recent history with QBs, you would know we can never have too many QBs on the roster.
