After a week of camps for all ages, Southern Methodist University will hold its 7-on-7 team passing camps, hosting 23 high school teams competing for the championship of the Mustang Shoot-Out 2008.

With June Jones' reputation for the run and shoot offense, what a perfect ending to camps at SMU this summer.

Six fields will be used to play the tournament with six groups of four teams completing the pool play tourney.

Group A will be represented by Denton Ryan, Lake Highlands, Arlington Lamar, and South Garland.

Group B will be represented by Mansfield Summit, Dallas Jesuit, Flower Mound, and Richardson.

Group C will be represented by Carrollton Creekview, Desoto, Waxahachie, and Arlington Sam Houston.

Group D will be represented by Bishop Lynch, Rockwall Heath, Fort Worth O.D. Wyatt, and Mansfield Legacy.

Group E will be represented by Carrollton Ranchview, J.J. Pierce, Denton Guyer, and Mabank.

Group F will be represented by St. Michael’s, Dallas Luthern and Fort Worth Poly Tech.

Action will get underway at 9:00 a.m. and is open to the public.
