SS Ross Rasner Commits to Arkansas

SMU had a good shot at this kid if Arkansas hadn't offered as it came down to SMU and Arkansas. Arkansas is the only BCS school to offer although he had about 6 non-BCS offers. Thought he might drop to SMU.
