according to Rivals. Playing it very close to the vest and still visiting as many as 4 schools in just the last week in addition to numerous others previously visited. This reports lists at least 12 different visits to various schools. Really can't tell whose leading on this kid. For example the recent SMU visit was on his return from Stanford, visiting Southern Miss and Tulane this week. Apparently Nebraska is definitely still in the mix. One of the harder prospects to read that you will find-seems complimentary and appreciative to all the schools recruiting him. Both his Dad and him seem to know how to play the recruiting game very well-never burn bridges and compliment all the schools.

Stallion, I know he has visited SMU at least twice. Any idea if he has vistited other programs more than once. Just grabbing at straws here.
When will I start feeling stimulated??

the most positive thing he said was that although he would really love the opportunity to play in a BCS conference the smaller schools have a lot to offer too and he is a lot less concerned with playing in a BCS conference than he was when recruiting started. Kid might make a great politician.

In the Arkansas Dem-Gaz this morning, Fontana says his top 3 "going away from home" schools are Arkansas, Nebraska and Stanford. His top 3 "staying close to home" (within a one hour flight), are SMU, Tulane, and Southern Miss. It seems his greatest decision is whether or not to leave home or stay nearby, as opposed to which school he is going to choose. He does seem to be taking the process very seriously.

Come on, Joey - you'll never find a better fit than SMU. Close to home, great school, great city, great coaches - pull the trigger! Become a Pony!

As of now, I'm grateful for the content of Cadillac's and Alex Lifeson's posts. When I saw the thread had new posts, I was worried it was going to be time for a WDWHA. Not yet. C'mon Joey.
