From that message board, is sounds like Sam McGuffie is having some "mental" issues. Could be depression, could be the fact that he is a long way from home, I'm not here to speculate.
However, if I am not mistaken, he picked Michigan over Texas A&M, and Aggieland is closer to home than Dallas.
Still, I'd love to have the kid. Do a youtube search for him and you'll see what I mean.
