Recruiting question

Seeing that UT already has 8-10 commits for 2010, I am curious when we could expect to see players start committing to SMU. Obviously UT football recruiting is on a different level than just about everyone else in the country. But does anyone have a ballpark re. when SMU and equiv. schools start to see commitments come in? When did our first 2009 signee commit?
Thanks

Didn't Joey Fontana commit in like August?

Yeah, but we weren't 100% positive he'd sign with until last Wednesday.

camps usually start in June...expect more offers in that time frame and possibly some early commits during the summer months

Yeah but isn't it also true that the guys that commit
this early to UT can also change their mind & go places
like OU, USC, Georgia, LSU, or Florida?

Mack Brown is known for having a policy that once they commit Texas will not drop them, but if they look around and take other visits all bets are off.
Seems fair.
