Woohoo! 3 in the 70's according to ESPN! Im pretty sure that a player in the 70's is pretty much the equivalent of a 3 *. So not bad.
Make sure you read the write-ups !

it looks like most people are either in the mid 70s or 40...does that mean 40 = we don't know anything about you?

look at our 08 class and Mustaches 07 class. A lot more 40's and a lo less 70's than the 09 class. Hopefully the 2010 class will be even better. Looking that way according to the ESPN ranking anyway...

I have a feeling a 40 means exactly that "we don't know anything about you". As desirable as Bordano is to this coaching staff, we can expect his stock to rise fairly quickly this fall.

not all 70s mean anything close to a 3 star-I'd be pretty shocked if any of our recruits other than O'Guinn are 3 stars. I'm a little puzzled why Bordano doesn't have more offers-good size, fast enough to run sprint relays and very productive-I wouldn't be shocked if he ended up 3 stars but doubt he will be at first.

90-100: Rare Prospect

Player demonstrates rare abilities and can create mismatches that have an obvious impact on the game. Is a player that has all the skills to take over a game and could be an impact player as a true freshman.

80-89: Outstanding Prospect

Player has the ability to create mismatches against most opponents and could contribute as a true freshman.

70-79: Good Prospect

Player does not dominate in every game, especially when matched up against the top players in the country. Could become a good starter at the Division I level.

60-69: Solid Prospect

This player is overmatched against the better players in the nation. His weaknesses will be exposed against top competition. Has the ability to develop into a solid contributor at the Division I level.

50-59: Prospect

Player has some redeeming qualities but is not projected to contribute at the Division I level.

45: Pending Prospect w/ film

Scouts Inc. has received film of the prospect and an evaluation is pending.

40: Pending Prospect

Player has redeeming qualities and is projected to contribute at the Division I level, however film has not yet been received.

ESPN Watch List

Player rated somewhere from 78 to 100 with a chance to make the ESPN 100, the ranking of the top 100 prospects in the country.

which is the hardest to get a good rating? ESPN, Scout, or Rivals?

Which one usually gives out more stars? Rivals or Scout?

i am not concerned with the ratings of players as much with JJ system. ex: the truth... probably wouldnt fair well in a "normal" offense, but has the potential to be all world in JJ's.

The Jeremy Johnson that we just got to commit is shown as a 40 from what I can see. Maybe I missed something?
