Any thoughts on how influential it is to be the first team to offer a recruit? Im wondering if it differs based on the kind of recruit...
(1) a recruit who ultimately gets a bucnh of offers including BCS schools
(2) a second tier recruit who has no BCS offers
First one to offer?
