SMU leading C-USA in early recruitng commitments

I know quantity does not always equal quality, but it is good to see we are being more assertive in recruiting.

C-USA Commitments

SMU - 13
Houston - 12
Tulsa - 8
UCF - 7
Rice - 5
East Carolina - 4
USM - 2
Marshall - 2
UTEP - 1
Tulane - 1
UAB - 1
Memphis - 0

Going with what Rivals lists (err. plus our two latest commits), a breakdown by "Other Division 1A offers per commit" looks like this:


TCU= 3.71
Houston= 1.42
Rice= 1.4
Tulsa=1.25
NTCC= 1
SMU= .67
UTEP= 0
Tulane= 0

I tossed NTCC and TCU in with the C-USA West just to see where we stood with the regional rivals.
