Ok, I don't really have a set of updates, but I wanted him to feel welcome
Max Preps has a stat page for Van Vleck so we can at least keep track of him.
http://www.maxpreps.com/high-schools/8p ... /stats.htmSo far (though it's about 3-4 weeks out of date) he's averaging 5.5 tackles per game, has a Forced Fumble, Fumble Recovery, and a blocked field goal.

Glad he is a Mustang ! Need a few more JUCO DTs for potential depth at position.

With our D-line's lack of depth and recent struggles to create pressure, is there any realistic chance that O'Guin redshirts next year?

It would be best, in my mind, to have this young man red-shirt. that way he gets a good year of academics under his belt and has a year in the a weight room.
What I do want to see is 2 JUCO D-line players.

agree, especially with the way Marquis Frazier has played...
