Either you are stealing the info form a paid site or it is public info that you can point to. Waiting for the link or source.

News is not proprietary. Moveover, while your opinion of yourself, based on your comments, is quite entertaining, I do not feel the need to justify myself to you. Nevertheless, your ego is amusing.

I used to belong to a board where the mods would get memberships from rivals and scout and post premium info from rivals and scout on there site to try to dive the pay sites out of business. It was lowdown and dirty so much so that the pay sites had to get their legal dept involved.

There is such a thing as intellectual properties and yes that is proprietary info.

Posting the actual article is wrong but reporting the name of a commit isn't wrong as long as you give credit where it is due. Every board does that even if it is just a according to the TOS such a such committed.

Interesting that he does not give credit (source or link). Granted you hope it is not subscriber info because that would be wrong. Posting a name is wrong is it is premium info. Sometimes the name is the premium info. And there is no trade off. PonyPride did not get together with Armen and Josh and say I will give you 10 members and if you allow names to be posting that are the premium info. People joined those sites on their own accord.

Granted he should have credited thus one. But I don't see a problem with dropping a name, no different then talking about any commit/recruits we have. 95% of inside info on recruits shown all over this board is from pay sites.

True but sometimes the pay sites breaking news for the pay subscribers is just a name only. No article just a name that has not been released to the public. They work hard to get that and when someone takes it a releases it before they do it is not right. Once the name is released then it is fair game. But you are correct 95% of the info on here is from the pay sites.
